Aufgaben
Your tasks:
- Marketing materials: create and manage advertising materials, update company presentation templates, develop and publish datasheets, etc
- Social media: support managing our social media accounts on LinkedIn and Facebook, YouTube, potentially adding more social media channels, post and content creation
- Newsletter: support managing contact list, content creation and translations
- Events: support to planning and organisation
- Projects promotion: follow-ups on project updates, create posts and visuals
- Online shop: functionality testing, performances tracking
- And more: undertake additional tasks as needed to support the marketing initiatives
Qualifikation
What you bring with you:
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Confident use of MS Office
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO would be nice to have
- Knowledge and experience in creating print materials would be advantageous
- Familiarity with German and/or French is a plus
- A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
- High levels of self-motivation, reliability, resilience, and flexibility
- A collaborative team player
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- You must have a valid German working permit and live in Cologne
